I highly recommend the work of Dr. Young to everyone on the planet. Dr. Young has educated me on the importance of maintaining an “alkaline lifestyle.” The points are many:
(1). Alkalize your body by consuming alkaline foods and water to eliminate harmful acids that age the body faster and add toxins and unwanted fat.
(2). If your body and blood are polluted with harmful substances, think of the fish in a polluted goldfish bowl–you treat the water or the blood to regain health
(3). Make sure to drink plenty of alkalizing water, use lemon juice, consume essential fatty acids, and MOST IMPORTANT, flood the body with “Greens”-life supporting blood building Chlorophyll !!
