Codocyctes or Donut Red Blood Cells! What Does It Mean?

Here is what donut red blood cells look like compared to healthy normal red blood cells as seen under phase contrast microscopy.

See the white centers of the red blood cells. Red blood cells loose their hemoglobin buffering or chelating excess metabolic and dietary acids. The result is low energy, fatigue, tiredness, cold hands, cold feet, lightheadedness, dizziness, mind fog, dehydrated, thirsty and muscle soreness.
Current medical savants wrongfully diagnose this condition as anemia or low blood sugars but it is NOT! Low hemoglobin and low iron which is the center atom of hemoglobin is the result of metabolic and dietary acidosis and a diet high in sugar – like donuts. Once again the white centers of the red blood cells is a loss of hemoglobin due to metabolic and/or dietary acidosis from a diet high in carbohydrates/sugars! The centers of the red blood cells have been eaten-out or destroyed by acid!
