Vaccines and their Acidic Ingredients and Adverse Reactions

I think this topic is worthy of being shared so that the truth may be spread with regards to the awful notion that these vaccine ingredients are harmless to our little ones. I witnessed my granddaughter having a seizure, quite noticeable, while video-taping her in her ‘saucer’. I believe it coincided with her having received a vaccine at the time. Of course, my daughter brought it to the attention of the doctor who told her it was nothing, possibly just a shiver from a chill. My daughter is young, in a state of denial and is greatly influenced by her ‘boyfriend’ who convinces her I’m a quack and the doctors are right. He’s one of 10 and they are all in some sort of seriously dis-eased (acidic) state and support the drug lords, I mean pharmacists. Although there’s this appearance of rejection, I expect that somewhere down the road, my daughter will turn her heart back to ‘home’ for the sake of her children. I’m not sure if you know the following but I’ll offer the information to use as you see fit. The Greek word “pharmakia” literally means “drugs”, and appears five times in the New Testament: in Gal 5:20, Rev 9:21, 18:23, 21:8, and 22:15. “Pharmakia” is translated into our English Bible as either “witchcraft” or “sorceries”. We also get our English word “pharmacy” from the Greek word “pharmakia”. In each of the above five passages, “pharmakia”, or “drugs” is listed as a work of the flesh of man as opposed to the Spirit of God working in us.
One verse for example, Gal 5:16-23 in the KJV: 20 Idolatry, witchcraft (“pharmakia” or drug use), hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, The King James Bible translators translated “pharmakia” as “witchcraft”, because no one but witches and sorcerers used drugs 400 years ago. Drugs were most commonly used in pagan worship to hallucinate and to try to get in touch with evil spirits.

Disease is Acidity!

The New Biology, most simply stated, is the fact that the over-acidification of the body is the single underlying cause of all disease. In contrast, the old biology, based on the work of Louis Pasteur in the late 1800s, stems from the idea that disease comes from germs which invade the body from the outside. Dr. Young has found that when the body is in healthy alkaline balance, germs are unable to get a foothold.
Think of your body as a fish tank. Think of the importance of maintaining the integrity of the internal fluids of the body that we swim in daily. Imagine the fish in this tank are your cells and organ systems bathed in fluids, which transport food and remove wastes.
Now imagine we back up a car and put the tailpipe up against the air intake filter that supplies the oxygen for the water in the tank. The water becomes filled with carbon monoxide, lowering the alkaline pH, creating and acidic pH environment, and threatening the health of the fish, your cells and organs.
What if we throw in too much food or the wrong kind of food (acid-producing food like dairy, sugar, and animal protein) and the fish are unable to consume or digest it all, and it starts to decompose and putrefy? Toxic acid waste and chemicals build up as the food breaks down, creating more acidic byproducts, altering the optimum alkaline pH.
Basically, this is a small example of what we may be doing to our internal fluids every day. We are fouling them with pollution (smoking), drugs, excessive intake of food, over-consumption of acid-forming foods (dairy food, sugar, animal protein), and any number of transgressions which compromise the delicate balance of our internal alkaline fluids.
Some of us have fish tanks (bodies) that are barely able to support life, yet we somehow manage to struggle from day to day, building more severe imbalances until there is the inevitable crash and debilitating chronic, disturbing and disorganizing symptoms to deal with.
The pH level (the acid-alkaline measurement) of our internal fluids affects every cell in our bodies. Extended acid imbalances of any kind are not well tolerated by the body. Indeed, the entire metabolic process depends on a balanced internal alkaline environment. A chronically over-acidic pH corrodes body tissue, slowly eating into the 60,000 miles of veins and arteries like acid eating into marble. If left unchecked, it will interrupt all cellular activities and functions, from the beating of your heart to the neural firing of your brain.
In summary, over-acidification interferes with life itself leading to all sickness and disease!

The Effects of SRT on the pH and ORP of Four Different Commercial Waters

Over the years I have had the honor of working with Clarus Transphase Scientific, the developers of the Q-Link Pendant and other related products in researching the effects of their patented Sympathetic Resonance Technology on organic and inorganic matter. We have had several papers published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine specific to SRT.
I have found the technology of SRT to be effective in increasing the zeta potential or life force of matter. The following is a blinded pilot study I conducted on four commercially bottled waters and the chemical and electrical changes that took place in that water, treated with SRT. The results are impressive and demonstrate the efficacy of the SRT technology.
Summary: The effects of SRT or Sympathetic Resonance Technology on water were measured. The pH, ORP and rH2 of water, with and without SRT processing were measured for four (4) different types of water. All four (4) waters were commercially bottled waters. The results showed some consistent changes due to SRT including improved pH, ORP and rH2 in all waters tested. In brief, it is shown that SRT increases pH, lowers ORP and rH2, which could help to reduce states of oxidative stress or over-acidity of the blood and tissues of living organisms.
Introduction: This is an exploratory pilot study to test a variety of drinking waters with and without SRT-treatment. The purpose is to compare the waters without SRT treatment to waters with SRT treatment to measure any changes in the hydrogen ion concentrations (pH) and the proton/electron concentrations (ORP and rH2), to demonstrate how SRT processing of the water affects positively the pH, ORP and rH2.
Materials and Methods: Four (4) types and eight (8) samples of commercially available bottled drinking waters were processed with SRT for 45 hours. These eight (8) samples from four (4) types of waters were then compared with the same four (4) types of waters without SRT using a Thermo-Orion multi-function pH/ORP meter. The eight (8) samples of bottled water treated with SRT and the four (4) samples of bottled water not treated with SRT were tested twice for pH, ORP and rH2. Average values were calculated from duplicate measurements. Prior to testing all samples there was no prior knowledge of what samples were treated with SRT and what samples were not treated with SRT, making this a blinded exploratory pilot study. Table 1 summarizes the results of 72 measurements.
Explanations of pH, ORP and rH2: The pH is a scientific exponential measurement of the concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxyl ions (OH-) in an aqueous solution ranging from 1 to 14 with 7 being neutral. A pH below 7 would be acidic; having a higher concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) and a lesser amount of hydroxyl ions (OH-) and a pH, above 7 would be alkaline, having a lesser concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) and higher concentrations of hydroxyl ions (OH-). The pH scale is exponential, so a pH of 6 would have 10 times more hydrogen ions (H+) and 10 times less hydroxyl ions(OH-) than a pH of 7 and a pH of 8 would have 10 times less hydrogen ions (H+) and 10 times more hydroxyl ions (OH-).
There are two ways to measure the electron/proton activity, or the energy potential of an aqueous solution: ORP and rH2. The value of ORP (oxidative reduction potential) quantifies the amount of energy in the aqueous solution by numbering its electrons. It is expressed in milli volts (mV), either positive or negative. Typically water samples show a positive ORP or proton saturation of over +100 mV. A positive ORP means that the aqueous solution is acidic or oxidized and has no potential energy for further oxidation: that is, it has no free electrons for energy. Such an aqueous solution has no antioxidant or anti-acid potential to support life. A negative ORP means that the aqueous solution possesses electrical potential – energy, and is rich in electrons to support living organisms. Aqueous solutions with a negative ORP has antioxidant or anti-acid properties and are beneficial in that they can buffer or neutralize acids and thus reduce oxidative stress. Water with a negative ORP is the only water that can support life, buffer gastrointestinal and metabolic acids and provide electrons to support the energy needs of any living organism. Water with a negative ORP no longer exists on the earth because of inorganic and organic contamination of our oceans, rivers and streams. All negative ORP water has to be created chemically, electrically or through the use of SRT or a combination thereof. Consider rH2 (reduction of hydrogen; sometimes called “redox”) as sort of a backup measurement to ORP. rH2, is measured on a scale, just the way pH is. The rH2 scale ranges from 0 to 44, with 22 being the mid-point; the lower the number, the greater the concentration of electrons. With each step, the number of electrons increases by a factor of 10; water with rH2 of 22 has 10 times more electrons than water at 23. An increase of just two places on the scale, then, means 100 times fewer electrons. Ideally, you want your water to have an rH2 of 22 or less. Unfortunately, most municipalities have, on the average, an rH2 of 30 or greater. That’s 100 million fewer electrons.
Conclusions: The waters not treated with SRT showed positive ORP’s at +378 to +431 and rH2’s at 27.9 to 28.04. The untreated Evian water was the best bottled water with an alkaline pH of 7.39, an ORP of +390 and an rH2 at 27.9, but was still lacking in electrical potential and electron concentration. All other non treated waters were acidic, with AquaFina, a purified municipal water, being the most acidic, at a pH of 5.83.
However, the effects of SRT on pH, ORP and rH2 were similar for all four (4) waters and all eight (8) samples, in that SRT increased pH from .44% to 19.21%, reduced ORP from 48.21% to 60.09% and reduced rH2 6.64% to 9.15% respectively. (Refer to Table 1)
Of the four (4) types of waters and eight (8) samples treated with SRT, AquaFina had the best result with a pH prior to treatment of 5.83 and with SRT treatment, a pH increase to 6.95, a 19.21% increase. The ORP went from +431 to +200 and a rH2 of 28.31 to 25.93, indicating a 1500 times increase of electrons or electrical potential.
This pilot study showed the effects of SRT on physical properties as well as the subtle energetic properties of water. However, not all waters appear to react in the same way to SRT. Some waters showed a stronger effect than others. The most notable changes were the increases of the pH, and reductions in ORP and rH2 of the AquaFina water, which is nothing more than treated tap water. This means that water treated with SRT can reduce hydrogen ions, increase hydroxyl ions, decrease protons and increases electrons and thus lower oxidative stress, gastrointestinal and metabolic acids and provide energy for living organisms to sustain life.
Moreover, this is consistent with previously published research on SRT, which shows that SRT makes human cells, tissues, organs and living organisms more resistant and resilient to the ravages of acidic stress.
The fact that various types of waters react somewhat differently to SRT may be due to their molecular structure and mineral composition and the ability of the atoms of the waters ability to hold new information. It is also possible that the various bottled waters may already contain information from the processing at the bottling plant, which makes it harder for them to hold SRT processing.
In summary: SRT or Sympathetic Resonance Technology is shown to enhance drinking water properties including its electrical or energetic potential and antioxidant/anti-acid capacities.

To Vaccinate or NOT to Vaccinate That is the Question

The following letter was sent to me in response to my latest article on the deadly affects of vaccines. I hope it will give you some insight on whether to vaccinate or not to vaccinate yourself or your loved ones.

Dear Dr. Young,

When my 19 year old son Kevin was born, we decided not to vaccinate. We saw a Naturopath at that time who supported our convictions. As my son weaned from nursing he became progressively ill due to what I now know as overacidity. We had a horrible time trying to figure out what was wrong with his digestion…(it was not his digestion at all that was the problem, it was the foods not fit for his delicate body that created his sickness, i.e. dairy, fermented foods). Anyway, this progressive dis-order led us to conventional medicine and soon at the age of 3-1/2 he was diagnosed with type I diabetes. We later did hair analysis and tissue analysis and found high levels of mercury bound to tissue protein thoughout his body…systemic mercury poisoning… from where??? My amalgam fillings. I too had mercury off the charts. I immediately had the mercury amalgam fillings removed and in 4 years my mercury levels were almost non-detectable. Kevin was clean of mercury in 2-1/2 years.

After Kevin was diagnosed with Type I diabetes (and practicing conventional treatment of 5 injections of a cocktail of insulin a day and up to 8 pricks for blood sugar testing a day) every visit to the Joslin Diabetes Center began with “are Kevins vaccinations up to date”? and then my answer as usual was “no, we have chosen not to vaccinate”. I would get the usual lecture and scare of the dangers of not vaccinating and then the cold shoulder accompanied by a very short visit. After about the third visit, I decided to investigate more about vaccines. Right there in the Vaccine Manufacturers contra-indications in plain english was stated this…now I am recalling this from memory… “The Manufacturer of this vaccine is not liable for injury and does not recommend to vaccinate if you or immediate relative have or have had any condition related to auto-immune disorders or immune deficiency”. I carried that vaccine insert with me for about 3 years. When prompted, I pulled it out; every physician clammed up and had no comment (not one was even aware of it).

We know that conventionally labelled auto immune dis-orders [i.e. diabetes, MS, Guillain Barre, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, alpecia, Crohns, Sjogren, Rheumatoid Arthritis and the list goes on…] are truly just conditions related directly to the destruction of the presentation of overacidity. It is obvious that the vaccine manufacturers had some indication of the progressive damage that vaccines are capable of and were compelled to cover themselves for liability.

The conventional protocal for cancer after-care (after chemo/radiation/surgery) is to set up a series of vaccinations to “build the immune system” …it is like adding insult to injury! There is so much more information available today regarding the harmful effects of vaccines than we had 20 years ago.

Although I was not aware of acid/alkaline balance and terrain toxicity theories, I am so grateful that I chose not to vaccinate my 4 children and what information was coming out decades ago made sense…vaccines are highly toxic and destroy life; there are severe consequences to injecting viral, bacterial and acidic waste substances into the body and the thing about it is there is always a damaging negative reaction, it can be very subtle or sever, it can be immediate or take months or even years to manifest. One can not possibly maintain good health consuming acidic poisons in any form.

The Cause of Cancer Found

1) What is the origin of cancer or where does cancer begin? Cancerous tissue, above all other consequences of choice, has countless secondary causes. But even for a cancerous condition there is only ONE PRIME ORIGIN and CAUSE. I have simply summarized this origin and cause of cancerous tissue in a few words. The prime origin and cause of cancerous tissue is the over-acidification of the blood then the tissues due to lifestyle and dietary choices. A cancerous tissue begins with our choices of what we eat, what we drink, what we think and how we live. Cancer is a liquid and this liquid is a toxic waste product of metabolism or energy consumption.

In 1966, Dr. Otto Warburg, who won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931 for his discovery of the cause of cancer delivered a lecture at an annual meeting of Nobelists at Lindau, Germany. In his speech he described the primal cause of cancer as follows: “The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar. All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes. From the standpoint of the physics and chemistry of life this difference between nomal and cancer cells is so great that one can scarely picture a greater difference. Oxygen gas, the donor of energy in plants and animals is dethroned in the cancer cells and replaced by an energy yielding reaction of the lowest living forms. namely, a fermentation of glucose.”

The following is a summary of understanding cancerous tissues: Cancer is not a cell but a poisonous acidic liquid. A cancer cell, is a cell that has been spoiled or poisoned by metabolic or gastrointestinal acids.

A tumor is the body’s protective mechanism to encapsulate spoiled or poisoned cells from excess acid that has not been properly eliminated through urination, perspiration, defecation or respiration. The tumor is the body’s solution to protect healthy cells and tissues. Cancer is a systemic acidic condition that settles at the weakest parts of the body -not a localized problem that metastases. Metastases is localized acids spoiling other cells much like a rotten apple spoiling a bushel of healthy apples. There is no such thing as a cancer cell. A cancer cell was once a healthy cell that has been spoiled from acid. The tumor is not the problem but the solution to protect healthy cells and tissues from being spoiled from other rotting cells and tissues. The only solution to the acidic liquids that poison body cells causing the affect that medical savants call cancer is to alkalize and energize the body.

In conclusion, the human body is alkaline by design and acidic by function! If we desire a healthy body we must maintain that alkaline design.

2) Does diet and lifestyle have anything to do with cancer? Absolutely! Cancer is not something we get it is something we do as a consequence of daily choice of what we eat, what we drink, what we think and how we live. We either have an alkaline lifestyle and diet and enjoy a fit and healthy body or we have an acidic lifestyle and diet and experience the aches, pains and suffering from metabolic acids. The former US Surgeon General, C. Everett Koop, had this to say about diet: “YOUR CHOICE OF DIET CAN INFLUENCE YOUR LONG TERM HEALTH PROSPECTS MORE THAN ANY OTHER ACTION YOU MIGHT TAKE.”

3) If cancer is preventable how do we prevent it? I have said many times that the cure for cancerous tissue will not be found in its treatment but in its prevention. That prevention can only be obtained by making healthier lifestyle and dietary choices. A cancerous condition is the consequence of choice. For example, if you want to reduce your risk for cancereous tissue of the lung by 100%, then stop smoking and stop associating or working around people that do smoke. Secondary smoke is just as acidic and damaging to the lung tissue. If don’t want a cancerous liver then stop drinking alcohol and carbonated drinks. If you don’t want a cancerous pancreas then stop eating the acid sugar. If you don’t want a cancerous bowel then stop eating protein. It is that simple.

The following are a few research studies from around the world that substantiate my own findings:

Study: Human study at Harbin Medical College in China Results: CABBAGE was the most important single food in reducing the risk of stomach cancer.

Study: Italian study on Smokers Results: Smokers who consumed GREEN LEAFY and other VEGETABLES had a THREE FOLD REDUCTION in their risk of lung cancer with smokers who rarely ate vegetables.

Study: Hebel Cancer Institute in China Results: GARLIC, ONION AND TOMATO had the ability to INHIBIT the CELL MUTATION caused by common chemotherapeutic drugs… this is based on conclusive evidence that chemotherapy drugs cause cell mutations and lead to other types of cancers later in life.

Study: Mayo Clinic Results: Cancer patients receiving radiation therapy can benefit dramatically from optimal VEGETABLE based diets.

Study: University of Athens School of Medicine in Greece Results: Women who consumed the LOWEST level of vegetables had 10 TIMES the rate of BREAST CANCER compared to women consuming the HIGHEST level of vegetables.

Study: Human study in Australia Results: Consumption of CABBAGE, CARROTS AND GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES substantial protection against COLON CANCER.

Study: Aichi Cancer Institute of Japan Results: Eating VEGETABLES reduced the risk of CERVICAL and BREAST CANCER in women.

Study: Cancer Control Agency of British Columbia Results: Eating VEGETABLES dramatically reduced incidence of BREAST CANCER.

4) If I have cancer, such as colon, lung, or prostate cancer can I reverse it naturally? The answer to this question is absolutely! It is often said that ‘acidic’ fruits like lemons, limes and grapefruits will acidify the blood and tissues. In fact, the citric, lactic, and other acids in such low sugar fruits – unlike high sugar fruits – exsist primarily in their anionic (basic or electron) form, especially as their Na+ and K+ salts (e.g., potassium citrate). Following absorption, these anions (bases or electrons) are metabolized to sodium bicarbonate. Thus, lemons, limes and grapefruits alkalinize – not acidify – blood and tissues. Alkalinization occurs – even though the pH is typically low – because free cations (protons or acids) are more than directly offset by the generated sodium bicarbonate from the low sugar fruit. For example, a liter of lime juice with a pH of 4, has 10 to the minus 4 moles of free cations (protons or acids). The quantity of organic anions (bases or electrons) in the lime juice far exceeds this number of free cations (protons or acids) and therefore, a net alkalinization will occur.

Both acute and chronic bone buffering lead to the urinary excretion of bone calcium, which will reduce bone mass (osteopenia), cause calcium stone formation in the kidneys, and cause a sudden rise in the pH of the urine. All of this high sugar fruit eating and drinking may not only cause bone loss and calcium stone formation, but also eventually lead to renal damage and then renal failure.

Water bubbled with hydrogen gas exhibited low DO, extremely high DH and extremely low RP values, as does reduced water, but it has no SOD-like activity. These results suggest that the SOD-like activity of reduced water is not due to the dissolved molecular hydrogen but due to the dissolved atomic hydrogen (active hydrogen). Although SOD accumulated H2O2 when added to the HX-XOD system, reduced water decreased the amount of H2O2 produced by XOD. We reported that reduced water produced by electrolysis enhanced the antioxidant effects of proton donors such as ascorbic acid (AsA) in a previous paper. We also demonstrated that reduced water produced by electrolysis of 2 mM NaCl solutions did not show antioxidant effects by itself. We reasoned that the enhancement of antioxidant effects may be due to the increase of the ionic product of water as solvent. The ionic product of water (pKw) was estimated by measurements of pH and by a neutralization titration method. As an indicator of oxidative damage, Reactive Oxygen Species- (ROS) mediated DNA strand breaks were measured by the conversion of supercoiled phiX-174 RF I double-strand DNA to open and linear forms. Reduced water had a tendency to suppress single-strand breakage of DNA induced by reactive oxygen species produced by H2O2/Cu (II) and HQ/Cu (II) systems. The enhancement of superoxide anion radical dismutation activity can be explained by changes in the ionic product of water in the reduced water.

Foodborne pathogens in cell suspensions or attached to surfaces can be reduced by electrolyzed oxidizing (EO) water; however, the use of EO water against pathogens associated with poultry has not been explored. In this study, acidic EO water [EO-A; pH 2.6, chlorine (CL) 20 to 50 ppm, and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of 1,150 mV], basic EO water (EO-B; pH 11.6, ORP of -795 mV), CL, ozonated water (OZ), acetic acid (AA), or trisodium phosphate (TSP) was applied to broiler carcasses inoculated with Salmonella Typhimurium (ST) and submerged (4 C, 45 min), spray-washed (85 psi, 25 C, 15 s), or subjected to multiple interventions (EO-B spray, immersed in EO-A; AA or TSP spray, immersed in CL). Remaining bacterial populations were determined and compared at Day 0 and 7 of aerobic, refrigerated storage. At Day 0, submersion in TSP and AA reduced ST 1.41 log10, whereas EO-A water reduced ST approximately 0.86 log10.

After 7 d of storage, EO-A water, OZ, TSP, and AA reduced ST, with detection only after selective enrichment. Spray-washing treatments with any of the compounds did not reduce ST at Day 0. After 7 d of storage, TSP, AA, and EO-A water reduced ST 2.17, 2.31, and 1.06 log10, respectively. ST was reduced 2.11 log10 immediately following the multiple interventions, 3.81 log10 after 7 d of storage. Although effective against ST, TSP and AA are costly and adversely affect the environment. This study demonstrates that EO water can reduce ST on poultry surfaces following extended refrigerated storage.

Electrolyzed oxidizing water is a relatively new concept that has been utilized in agriculture, livestock management, medical sterilization, and food sanitation. Electrolyzed oxidizing (EO) water generated by passing sodium chloride solution through an EO water generator was used to treat alfalfa seeds and sprouts inoculated with a five-strain cocktail of nalidixic acid resistant Escherichia coli O157:H7. EO water had a pH of 2.6, an oxidation-reduction potential of 1150 mV and about 50 ppm free chlorine. The percentage reduction in bacterial load was determined for reaction times of 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 min. Mechanical agitation was done while treating the seeds at different time intervals to increase the effectiveness of the treatment. Since E. coli O157:H7 was released due to soaking during treatment, the initial counts on seeds and sprouts were determined by soaking the contaminated seeds/sprouts in 0.1% peptone water for a period equivalent to treatment time. The samples were then pummeled in 0.1% peptone water and spread plated on tryptic soy agar with 5 microg/ml of nalidixic acid (TSAN). Results showed that there were reductions between 38.2% and 97.1% (0.22-1.56 log(10) CFU/g) in the bacterial load of treated seeds. The reductions for sprouts were between 91.1% and 99.8% (1.05-2.72 log(10) CFU/g). An increase in treatment time increased the percentage reduction of E. coli O157:H7. However, germination of the treated seeds reduced from 92% to 49% as amperage to make EO water and soaking time increased. EO water did not cause any visible damage to the sprouts.

Inactivation of Escherichia coli (O157:H7) and Listeria monocytogenes on plastic kitchen cutting boards by electrolyzed oxidizing water.

One milliliter of culture containing a five-strain mixture of Escherichia coli O157:H7 (approximately 10(10) CFU) was inoculated on a 100-cm2 area marked on unscarred cutting boards. Following inoculation, the boards were air-dried under a laminar flow hood for 1 h, immersed in 2 liters of electrolyzed oxidizing water or sterile deionized water at 23 degrees C or 35 degrees C for 10 or 20 min; 45 degrees C for 5 or 10 min; or 55 degrees C for 5 min. After each temperature-time combination, the surviving population of the pathogen on cutting boards and in soaking water was determined. Soaking of inoculated cutting boards in electrolyzed oxidizing water reduced E. coli O157:H7 populations by > or = 5.0 log CFU/100 cm2 on cutting boards. However, immersion of cutting boards in deionized water decreased the pathogen count only by 1.0 to 1.5 log CFU/100 cm2. Treatment of cutting boards inoculated with Listeria monocytogenes in electrolyzed oxidizing water at selected temperature-time combinations (23 degrees C for 20 min, 35 degrees C for 10 min, and 45 degrees C for 10 min) substantially reduced the populations of L. monocytogenes in comparison to the counts recovered from the boards immersed in deionized water. E. coli O157:H7 and L. monocytogenes were not detected in electrolyzed oxidizing water after soaking treatment, whereas the pathogens survived in the deionized water used for soaking the cutting boards. This study revealed that immersion of kitchen cutting boards in electrolyzed oxidizing water could be used as an effective method for inactivating foodborne pathogens on smooth, plastic cutting boards.

The study is designed to investigate bactericidal actions of electrolyzed
oxidizing water on hospital infections. Ten of the most common opportunistic pathogens are used for this study. Cultures are inoculated in 4.5 mL of electrolyzed oxidizing (EO) water or 4.5 mL of sterile deionized water (control), and incubated for 0, 0.5, and 5 min at room temperature. At the exposure time of 30 s the EO water completely inactivates all of the bacterial strains, with the exception of vegetative cells and spores of bacilli which need 5 min to be killed. The results indicate that electrolyzed oxidizing water may be a useful disinfectant for hospital infections, but its clinical application has still to be evaluated.

Effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water and hydrocolloid occlusive dressings on excised burn-wounds in rats.

OBJECTIVE: To study the efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) and hydrocolloid occlusive dressings in the acceleration of epithelialization in excised burn-wounds in rats. METHODS: Each of the anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats (n=28) was subjected to a third-degree burn that covered approximately 10% of the total body surface area. Rats were assigned into four groups: Group I (no irrigation), Group II (irrigation with physiologic saline), Group III (irrigation with EOW) and Group IV (hydrocolloid occlusive dressing after EOW irrigation). Wounds were observed macroscopically until complete epithelialization was present, then the epithelialized wounds were examined microscopically. RESULTS: Healing of the burn wounds was the fastest in Group IV treated with hydrocolloid occlusive dressing together with EOW. Although extensive regenerative epidermis was seen in each Group, the proliferations of lymphocytes and macrophages associated with dense collagen deposition were more extensive in Group II, III and IV than in Group I. These findings were particularly evident in Group III and IV. CONCLUSIONS: Wound Healing may be accelerated by applying a hydrocolloid occlusive dressing on burn surfaces after they are cleaned with EOW.

Electrolyzed water accelerated the healing of full-thickness cutaneous wounds in rats, but only anode chamber water (acid pH or neutralized) was effective. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl), also produced by electrolysis, was ineffective, suggesting that these types of electrolyzed water enhance wound healing by a mechanism unrelated to the well-known antibacterial action of HOCl. One possibility is that reactive oxygen species, shown to be electron spin resonance spectra present in anode chamber water, might trigger early wound healing through fibroblast migration and proliferation.

Electrolyzed anode water (EAW) markedly extended the vase life of cut carnation flowers. Therefore, a flower-senescence hormone involving ethylene decomposition by EAW with potassium chloride as an electrolyte was investigated. Ethylene was added externally to EAW, and the reaction between ethylen and the available chlorine in EAW was examined. EAW had a low pH value (2.5), a high concentration of dissolved oxygen, and extremely high redox potential (19.2 mg/l and 1323 mV, respectively) when available chlorine was at a concentration of about 620 microns. The addition of ethylene to EAW led to ethylene decomposition, and an equimolar amount of ethylene chlorohydrine with available chlorine was produced. The ethylene chlorohydrine production was greatly affected by the pH value (pH 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 were tested), and was faster in an acidic solution. Ethylene chlorohydrine was not produced after ethylene had been added to EAW at pH 2.6 when available chlorine was absent, but was produced after potassium hypochlorite had been added to such EAW. The effect of the pH value of EAW on the vase life of cut carnations was compatible with the decomposition rate of ethylene in EAW of the same pH value. These results suggest that the effect of EAW on the vase life of cut carnations was due to the decomposition of ethylene to ethylene chlorohydrine by chlorine from chlorine compounds.

“Eczema is used to describe several varieties of skin conditions, which have a number of common features. The exact cause or causes of eczema are not fully understood. I many cases, eczema can be attributed by external irritants.

Let me introduce a patient who recovered from skin disease after consuming the antioxidant water. Understanding and Testing the pH of Urine and Saliva

The pH Miracle Living Acid/Alkaline Saliva and Urine Test:

1. First, upon waking test your saliva with the pHydrion paper. When you get out of bed, lick and wet the end of a pHydrion test strip with your saliva. Note the color change and write down the pH number. Do this before brushing your teeth, drinking, smoking, or even thinking of eating any food. The optimum saliva pH should be 7.2.

2. Next, test your first urine of the morning. This is urine that has been stored in your bladder during the night that is ready to be eliminated when you get up. You need to pee on a strip of pHydrion paper, note the color change and write down the pH number. The first urine should run optimally between a pH 6.8 to 7.2. If your first urine pH is lower than 6.8
you are deficient in alkaline buffers and need to move to a more alkaline diet rich in fresh green vegetables and fruits. If your first urine pH is higher than 7.2 your alkaline buffers are sufficient to neutralize the acidic foods and drinks you ingested the day before. To balance the pH of the urine you need to move away from acidic foods and drinks and begin ingesting liberal amounts of electron rich green vegetables, low sugar fruits and healthy polyunsaturated fats.

3. Next, test your second morning urine before eating any food. This number should be the pH of your second urine after you have eliminated the acid load from the day before. The acids should be gone the second time you go to the bathroom so your urine pH should be ideally 7.2 or higher. If the pH is lower than 6.8 then you are in a state of latent tissue acidosis and you are deficient of alkaline buffers such as bicarbonate, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. The lower pH is also indicative of a diet high in protein and an increase in acids from proteins including nitric, sulfuric, phosphoric and uric acids. Eliminate from the diet proteins from beef, chicken, turkey, pork and fish to normalize pH at 7.2 while eating liberal amounts of green foods and green drinks and healthy polyunsaturated fats.

4. For breakfast eat an avocado soup, vegetable soup, the healing soup or drink some fresh almond milk or a fresh green drink. Wait five minutesand then check your urine and saliva again. Write these pH numbers down also. The pH numbers will go up from the first and second morning urine and saliva if you have sufficient alkaline reserves to buffer acids. If you do not then the pH numbers will show very little change or even go down from the early morning pH numbers.

5. Make sure you check your urine and saliva pH between meals, i.e.,
between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. The pH should always be between 7.2 to 8.4, right after meals and between 6.8 to 7.2 a couple of hours after meals.

The five tests above show the following:

1. The efficiency of the digestive system to deal with what you ate the
night before, i.e., the first and second AM urine and saliva pH. These numbers will change from day to day if you are living an eating acidic. When you begin The pH Miracle Living Plan you will see the pH of the urine and saliva become more constant and balanced at a pH of 7.2 or higher.

2. How well you treat yourself in general, i.e., how ‘strong’ the salivary
glands, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder and liver are in dealing with excess acidity. This is once again the AM urine and saliva pH. This number shows the overall state of your health, the condition of the alkaline reserve of your body which reflects the diet you have been eating over the last months and years. This pH number stays rather constant and will only change after some work has been done in alkalizing and energizing the body as outlined in the pH Miracle books. Since the saliva and urine pH is an indicator of intracellular pH, saliva and urine pH
readings should never be below the pH of the phosphate buffer system,
6.8. (See below).

The most accurate readings of saliva and urine pH is recorded
immediately upon awakening–after sleeping at least five hours and before brushing your teeth.

It is during sleep that the body removes waste and is in an anabolic state
restoring and replenishing the body. For example, if you have a saliva or urine pH of 5.5 and only 5.6 after eating, you know that you are deficient in alkaline reserve and your body is devoid of the minerals necessary to process food properly — your body cannot adequately respond to the physiological crisis of handling food or drink that is acidic.

3. The pH of your saliva and urine after you eat or drink gives you an
indication of your alkaline mineral reserves and your body’s ability to deal with the acid residues created from the digestion of that food or drink. It is normal for your pH number to increase after you eat or drink not stay static or decrease. This once again indicates your inability to deal with acid, the deficiency of alkaline reserves and the buildup of latent tissue acidosis. Even if you think of a food like an avocado or a lemon the pH of your saliva should increase by a whole point. This simple test indicates you have sufficient alkaline reserve minerals to pull into your digestive system to begin the digestive and alkaline buffering process.

The ideal urine and saliva pH pattern is 7.2 on awakening, 6.8 to 7.2
before eating and 7.2 to 8.5 following any alkaline meal or drink. A simple test can be done at most any time of the day by eating a few almonds.

This will check the adequacy of the alkaline reserve of the body. When a healthy person with adequate alkaline reserves eats a few almonds, the saliva pH almost immediately goes up to a pH of 8.4. The more acidic the food that is eaten, the more rapid the response of the alkaline reserve, and the higher the saliva pH should be following a meal.

4. The pH of the saliva and urine between meals should be kept in the basic range, pH 7.2 or higher. After one eats, the stomach releases its necessary sodium bicarbonate to help alkalize the food. While doing this, it also action makes an equivalent amount of base or baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, that is picked up by the blood stream and delivered to the alkaline glands of the body, the saliva, the pancreas, the gallbladder, the pylorus glands in the duodenum and the liver. The maximum amount of base in the blood and therefore in the urine and saliva occurs one to two hours after you eat.

This rhythm of the acid and base flow of the body is called by Frederick F. Sander, the Base-floods and the Base-tides of the Acid-Base household. This information was first published in 1930, by Frederick F. Sander, a German scientist, in a book called, The Acid-Base Household of the Human Organism and its cooperation with the nail circulation and the rhythm of the Liver.

In his book he states that the body fluids and therefore the urine is most acid at 2:00 A.M. (pH 5.0 to 6.8) in the morning (the base tide) and most alkaline at 2:00 P.M. (pH 7.0 to 8.5) in the afternoon (base flood).

‘The ideal pH numbers depend on the time of day. Plotted on a curve it looks like the double hump of the back of a camel. Two times a day the urine should be alkaline and that is the top of the humps and corresponds to 10 A.M. and 2 P.M., the alkaline tide after meals. During the rest of the day the pH should be between 6.8 and 7.2. This is optimal urine. The first urine in the morning should be more acidic because of the decalcification that takes place during the night in neutralizing excess acids.’

If all the acids generated in a day from digestion, respiration,metabolism and degeneration are not all flushed out during the night they accumulate, day after day. The results are the expression of states of imbalance as the body desperately tries to maintain the alkaline fluid pH at 7.365. The day to day buildup of acids affects each of us differently depending on our genetics, lifestyle and diet. I have found that acids settle in the weakest parts of the body and if not eliminated through the bowels, urinary system, lungs or skin, acids are then bound to fat and stored on our hips, thighs, stomach, breasts and brain. Bottom-line acids are the expression of all symptomologies and the direct cause of ALL sickness and disease.

Monitoring your saliva and urine pH puts the responsibility of caring for your health back into your hands. Measuring the saliva and urine pH guides your therapy and shows you how living, eating and drinking determines the quality and quantity of your life.

You should monitor your saliva and urine each day for at least 12 weeks or until you establish your balanced pH at 7.2. Once you have established a balanced saliva and urine pH at 7.2 you can reduce the number of tests to once a day or 2 to 3 times a week.
