Why Do The New England Patriots Get to the Super Bowl Every Year?

The pH Miracle Alkaline Lifestyle will be on the football field again at the Super Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia. Representing the alkaline lifestyle and diet will be Super Stars Tom Brady at quarterback, at the age of 41 and Rob Gronkowski at tight-end, at the age of 29.

Of course I will be rooting for the alkaline New England Patriots!

I guess the other teams in the NFL have yet to figure out the competitive edge that New England Patriots have found.

Can YOU guess what that advantage is?

With Tom Brady of the New England Patriots participating in his third straight Super Bowl, you may want to consider a Tom Brady Alkaline Super Bowl Party! Fear not, for I have a few pH Miracle alkalizing food and beverage ideas that taste good and are good for you.
So if you want to throw an alkaline Super Bowl Party worthy of being attended by Brady (or just your most Brady-obsessed friends), this is how it’s done.

The Raw Super Bowl

The Raw Super Bowl includes organic red, yellow, orange and green peppers, organic white onions, organic heirloom tomatoes, lightly steamed broccoli with olive oil and sea salt, organic spaghetti cucumber with lemon, olive oil and sea salt (you can also include some organic marinara sauce), organic diced carrot, lightly steamed organic cauliflower with a touch of sea salt and olive oil and finally a cup of organic hummus made with organic purred garbanzo beans with added organic garlic, lemon, salt and olive oil.

Super Bowl Stew – Simply Amazing!

This delicious Super Bowl Stew is perfect for Tom Brady alkalizing pH Miracle fans – and it’s full of healthy alkalizing fats!

Comforting and warm, it’s one your whole family and friends can enjoy before the big game. Add in some tofu for extra protein. If you’re enjoying a bit of grains, this pairs nicely with organic buckwheat.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons of cold-pressed organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon organic cumin seeds
1 medium organic onion, finely chopped

3 ripe organic heirloom tomatoes, finely chopped

1 medium head of organic cauliflower, stemmed and cut into bite-size florets

1 organic jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, chopped1 cup chopped organic kale

2 teaspoons of organic ginger paste1 tablespoon of organic cumin powder

1 tablespoon of organic coriander powder1 teaspoon organic turmeric powder

Step 1

In a medium stock pot, heat the coconut oil for 30 seconds on medium heat.

Step 2

Add the organic cumin seeds and stir until they start to sputter. Then add the organic white or red onions and cook for another minute, and then, add the organic cherry or heirloom tomatoes, stir and cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

Step 4

Ladle the soup into 4 serving bowls and enjoy! Leftover Super Bowl Stew can be served again after the game in celebration of Tom Brady’s six Super Bowl Championship!

Remember not to spoil your Super Bowl Party and Game with an acidic beer.  You might pass out and miss the game.

Make sure you are drinking an alkalizing Super Bowl Green Juice or an alkaline water at a pH of 9.5.  This will help you stay conscious while you are watching the game.

Super Bowl Structured, Purified, Alkaline, Ionized Electron- Rich Water

Hydration with structured, purified, alkaline, ionized electron-rich water is a major key tenet of the alkaline lifestyle and diet, with an entire chapter in the pH Miracle for Weight Loss and Brady’s book TB12, describing how to make this kind of water.  Tom Brady suggests that drinking alkaline, ionized, electron-rich water keeps him from getting sunburned. If your Super Bowl party is going to be authentic, you’re going to need to have plenty of structured alkaline, ionized, electron-rich water on hand.

But this is isn’t as simple as making sure you have an ample supply of glasses and offering your guests unfettered access to the tap. Brady says it is “important to recognize that not all waters are NOT created equal.” The TB12 book and the pH Miracle for Weight Loss lays out the pros and cons of various types of water. Carbonated water, for example, can be dehydrating, Brady says, and tap water should always be filtered, structured, alkalized and ionized. When it comes to H2O, Brady is partial to purified water, but always adds his own electrolytes to create and alkaline, ionized, electron-rich water.

Super Bowl Green Juice

You’re going to need to serve your Super Bowl guests something to drink and since alcohol is strictly forbidden on the pH Miracle Lifestyle (beer is not going to be an option). Instead we’re going with the simply named “Super Bowl Green Juice,” composed of Organic Cucumber or iJuice Cucumber, organic celery or iJuice Celery, organic mint leaves, organic ginger or iJuice Ginger, organic lemon or iJuice Lemon, 200 ml of alkaline water with Himalayan salt.

Ingredient quantities is totally up to you. Just don’t add anything apart from what I’ve mentioned. (You can order organic iJuice juices at: http://www.ijuicenow.com) Juice all ingredients or blend them all together with an avocado for a delicious green creamy smoothie!

MOST important rule, you need to have this immediately after its made. Please DO NOT keep it for later because all of the nutrients will oxidize and the alkalizing effect or the electrons are lost!

Super Bowl Raw Veggie & Fruit String Salad

In a large Super Bowl shred raw veggies into thin long strips and or use a spiralizer:

1 Green organic zucchini
1 Yellow organic zucchini
1 Organic carrot
1 Organic parsnip
2 Organic colored peppers
1 White organic onion
1 Purple organic cabbage
1 Bunch of organic kale
And toss all together into a Super Bowl

Dressing:

In a jar mix…
One squeezed fresh organic lemon and an organic lime
Add 1/3 cup of mixed oils (extra virgin organic olive or sunflower seed oil)
Add favorite spices like organic dill, basil, hot peppers, sea salt, garlic….
Shake and pour over raw your Super Bowl Raw Veggie and Fruit String Salad

Optional: add an organic avocado into the dressing mix and blend to make a creamy dressing.

Optional: lightly steamed veggies until barely soften and then pour dressing over them!

So What Is for Dessert?

Super Bowl Raw Avocado Ice Cream!

Around halftime you might be hankering for something sweets!  Well if you have to have something sweet consider yourself off the playing field with Tom Brady!  Why?  Because Brady thinks sugar causes inflammation and there’s nothing as bad as inflammation when you are playing any sport, especially football. So in the spirit of compromise here is something off the pH Miracle reservation that might work!  It is called Super Bowl Raw Avocado Ice Cream.

It’s made of avocado, young coconut milk, dates or raw honey.  It is simple and it tastes good.  Watch the following video for instructions:

And that’s how you throw a Super Bowl Alkaline Party befitting the most accomplished quarterback in the history of football. If you’ve done everything right, you’ll wake up Monday morning feeling ready to tackle the day, and do some low-impact exercises.
